Day #4: Definitely Insane

Day # 4 of my 30 day Smoothie & Raw Food Challenge


Day #4 of my challenge and day #3 of insanity work out and it is "definitely insane" I am not able to perform a push up. I am working on upper body strength. 


Exercise: 
Insanity: Day #3 of insanity workout. 

Food: 
Breakfast: Raspberry, Banana Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup raspberry 
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 lime
1 tbsp flax seed
1 cup water

Additional Liquid: 1 cups detox tea

Snack #1: 1 oz almonds

Lunch: Grapefruit, Strawberry, Ginger Blast
1 cup strawberry
1 banana
1 grapefruit
Ginger to taste
1 cup water
1 tbsp flax seed

Snack #2: 1.5 cups cherries

Dinner: Avocado, Kale, Mango Smoothie
1 small mango
1/4 hass avocado or 1/2 cup avocado
1 cup kale
1/2 cup banana
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp flax seed 

Snack #4: 2 medium mango 

Evening Exercise: 
Week 2 
Day 1 of Week 2:  "NHS Couch to 5K"
