Day # 24 of my 30 day Smoothie & Raw Food Challenge

Its day #24 and I have done my second day of Insanity since am back to doing Insanity. I am feeling great and getting stronger, but the number of hours that I am sleeping at nights is not encouraging. I am a bit concern that the lack of sleep will inhibit my weight lost. I will definitely report back once I weight in the week ahead. 

This is my final week of the smoothie & raw food challenge and the last week of the first 30 days of Insanity and I am sure I would not have gotten this far, if not for accountability to my audience. Thank you everyone who take the time out to read my blog and come back every day to follow my progress. I am very motivated by your love and support. So please don't hesitate to post suggestions or comments.

Week 4
Insanity: "Cardio Power & Resistance"

Breakfast: Avocado, kale, Ginger Smoothie
1/2 cup avocado
1 cup kale
1 thumb length ginger
1/2 pear
1 cup almond milk
1/2 lime (squeezed)
1/2 cup water

Snack #1:
1.5 oz peanut

Lunch: Cucumber, Kale, Green Apple
2 cup kale
1/2 cucumber
1/4 green apple
1/2 lime (squeezed)
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup water

Snack #2:
2 bosc pear

Dinner: Salad
3 slices avocado
1 bed lettuce
2 slices tomato
blue cheese (NOT PART DIET)*****

Snack #3:
4 oz pistachio
1 mango

 Note: I am not a fitness expert; I am just a person trying to live a healthier life by eating more fruits and vegetables and recording my experience.
